Spent New Year's Eve with a group of artists and we all took turns drawing in a community sketchbook.

On the flight into NYC, we had an amazing sunset. I could not get to my camera fast enough, so the gentleman beside me took this pic and sent it to me. I SO love this city!
My nephew, Zane and I completed this small collaged artwork for my friend's birthday. We tag teamed by working for 10 minutes a piece. After several rounds using strips of white paper, magazines, glue, acrylic paint, and watercolor paint, the piece was finished.
Worked really late again. I added the final paint layer to one of the elements of Lay Still piece and also attached a few hair flowers. Additionally, I added more mirror bits to my other project. I glued many more shards on the backside.
Tonight I attended the art opening for Touch On, which was held at SOMArts. TOUCH ON DECEMBER 1, 2016–JANUARY 12, 2017
I especially loved the performances by Dia Dear and boychild. I was completely blown away and haven't felt this excited about an art show in a very long time. Performance by Dia Dear Performance by boychild
