An especially intense fog settled on the city, so I attempted to do a little night photography, which I find to be the most challenging. The results are really grainy and not perfect, but regardless I'm happy.

Tonight I spent a few hours going to the park to collect more branches for my current torch project. Then I spent the next 6 hours cleaning some used tool cabinets that I recently received. I also cut a few drawer linings. Then I cleaned an old toolbox that I absolutely love.
Today the sun was making amazing rippling shadows. I attempted to take some pictures of my hand shadow, which did not turn out great. However, I decided to use Photoshop and greatly increase the contrast and was delighted with the final results.
Tonight is a little sad. It is the last evening that my local art store is open. They were featuring an art show in the large back room featuring a few of my friends' artworks.
Randy's work was incredible due to it having built a large layer of ice and a puddle of water. Zen Du's work was exciting because of her use of unconventional materials. Even though there was a false fire alarm today, we still managed to get a lot done.
Today I was walking to an appointment and the building was undergoing some repairs and painting. I took many pictures of this ready-made art!
This torch didn't turn out the best, but I'll clean it up later. I also added even more crackle medium to the headrest. It's a very slow process because I have to do one side at a time. Today I carved another torch and reshaped a couple of the old ones. They keep getting better and better.
